This organic growing technique is truly revolutionary.  A vertical garden that grows 50 plants using a 55 gallon barrel and vermiculture, or worm farming.  The center tube is filled with your kitchen waste and red wiggler worms.  They leave the tube through holes drilled into the pipe.  They aerate the soil in the rest of the barrel.

The worm castings, which are botanical gold, drain into a container at the bottom.  You recycle this water + castings by watering the barrel with it periodically.   So your plants grow faster than in soil, and using only organic methods.
